Event Agenda:
Thursday Late afternoon:
Set up camp, check out the dunes and surrounding areas, and meet club members and friends. Lets meet around 6:30 pm at site H8 at Osprey Point RV Resort and do a "evening run"
Friday:
Most of us will be coming in Friday afternoon so the morning and mid-day hours are open for us to go exploring. There is a lot of fun areas to check out such as the Winchester Bay's Sand Drags Festival. Lets meet around 10:00 at site H8 at Osprey Point RV Resort.
There will be a "Moonlight Madness" run which will start around 9:30 Friday night and end when you get worn out OR convince Bob it's time to head back to camp.
Saturday:
Dune run -- gather at site H8 around 9:30 at the Osprey Point RV Resort, and then head out from there for a fun day on the dunes.
Winchester Bay is holding their annual Sand drags Festival so if some of you want to go check it out, we can certainly do so.
Club BBQ Diner will be offered for those who wish to participate. Diner is $10.00 per person. "Each" diner includes the following: aged new york strip steak and chicken, marinated teriyaki BBQ'd veggies, sautéed mushrooms, green salad, and a roll.
The club will provide paper plates, napkins, and eating utensils.
You will only need to provide two things, being, a good appetite and your own drinks.
NOTE: Please go to the registration form, print it out, fill it out, and mark how many diners you want and send it in along with a check for the proper amount. This is important so that the Chef can order the correct amount of food.
Vehicle games -- Shortly after diner, there will be two vehicle games to play and the first place winners will receive trophies.
If we have not worn Bob out by now, another Moonlight Madness run sounds awful inviting.
Sunday:
Go play or pack up and head for home.
Oregon State requirements:
Vehicles must have OHV/ATV class two permits. Oregon honors out of state ATV/OHV permits. All vehicles using the Oregon Sand Dunes must have a red or blaze orange flag displayed nine feet above ground when riding on the sand.

Click here to purchase permits and flags.
Note: Click on the south coast portion of the map and look for Coos Bay or North Bend businesses that carry the permits and flags.
Since the club does not want to over-look fellow Jeepster or Commando members or friends, Please feel free to invite your Jeeping friends to this fun event. The more the better!
Why the registration form? The registration form helps the club know how many people are coming, which helps to determine the amount of food, dash plaques, and game supplies to purchase for the event.
This event is being put on with monies raised from past events.
NOTE: All donation, raffle, and registration monies, if implied, go directly to pay for this event and to promote future events....A expenditure/ financial web page will show all expenses or donations.
